Charlotte
Charlotte is the Youth Employment Programme Manager and leads the Careers Worcestershire teams across Worcestershire. Charlotte is there to ensure that the programmes available for young people (aged 16-24) enable them to thrive in the world of work and achieve their potential.
Jennie E
Jennie is the Careers and Employment Lead at Careers Worcs. Jennie has a good understanding of what employers are looking for and how young people can give themselves the best chance of securing an opportunity. Jennie is passionate about Wellbeing and Personal Development.
Fliss
Fliss is one of our Careers Advisors based at our HoW Hub in Redditch. Fliss can guide you on the right pathway for you and help you with job hunting, CV writing, talking about your education/training needs. Fliss is supportive and very enthusiastic. She can't wait to meet you at Redditch and #KickStartYourCareer,
Louise
Louise is another of our Careers Advisors that you can come and talk to at our Worcester Hub at The Hive. Louise can help you with skills, training, career, and education advice/support and can point you in the direction that's right for you. Louise is very approachable and friendly and always looks for your potential!
Rebecca
Rebecca started working as part of Careers Worcs in March 2022 through the 'Kickstart Scheme' and that September started an apprenticeship in business administration. Rebecca passed her apprenticeship and is now one of our Senior Business Support Officers.
Emma
Emma started working at Careers Worcs through our Apprenticeship scheme, and has now completed her apprenticeship. Emma now works on our Skills Bootcamp programme, providing the team with support and also being a valuable member of the overall Marketing team (Emma is often seen on our TikTok's!)
Abbi
Abbi looks after the Skills Bootcamps across Worcestershire, which are a series of free skills courses for people aged 19+. Abbi is passionate about people upskilling or reskilling to enhance their future prospects. You'll find her all over the county promoting #SkillsForLife and working with our skills partners.
Lucie
Lucie is our Worcestershire Workforce Planning & Skills Project Manager. She looks after our Careers Talks and Career Bites videos, arranging local businesses to come and share their career advice/stories for you. Lucie also works with the Care Leavers Service and on INclusive Worcestershire projects.
Francesca
Francesca looks after Worcestershire Apprenticeships for the whole of Worcestershire. Everything you need to know about apprenticeships including the WA Account. Fran knows the lot! Bethan
Bethan is part of our Marketing team at Careers Worcestershire and helps us to promote all our support and advice programmes. Bethan can often be found in our Careers Hubs, filming members of the team for TikTok, Instagram or Facebook (follow us!). She also loves meeting new people that come in to visit us, and is always happy and positive.
Peter
Peter works within our team as a Project Support Officer and helps to make sure that Connect to Work runs smoothly. Peter also supports the wider team with projects but can mostly be found working alongside Jennie S and the Connect to Work team at our Worcester City Careers Hub. in The Hive.
Fleur
Fleur started working at Careers Worcs through an apprenticeship scheme, and looks after everything 'front of house' at our Redditch Careers Hub. Fleur is the first face you'll see when you come to visit the hub inside HoW College at Peakman Street. Just head for the Archers Gate entrance and Fleur will be happy to help you.
Abi
Abi started as our Business Administration Apprentice as the friendly face at our Worcester Hub. After successfully completing her apprenticeship with us, she's now progressed into a Project Support Officer role and now supports the Careers Worcs project.
