Jennie
Jennie is the Careers and Employment Lead at Careers Worcs. Jennie has a good understanding of what employers are looking for and how young people can give themselves the best chance of securing an opportunity. Jennie is passionate about Wellbeing and Personal Development.
Loz
Loz has been a Careers Advisor with us since January 2022, with previous experience working in schools and being a foster carer. Part of Loz’s role includes working with Worcestershire Children First to support Care Leavers. Her aim is to find out about young people’s passions and interests to find positive pathways.
Rebecca
Rebecca started working as part of Careers Worcs in March 2022 through the 'Kickstart Scheme' and that September started an apprenticeship in business administration. Rebecca works on our front desk and if you need help with an advisor appointment, Rebecca is always happy to help.
Charlotte
Charlotte is the Youth Employment Programme Manager and lead the Careers Worcestershire team. Charlotte is there to ensure the programmes available for young people enable them to thrive in the world of work and achieve their potential.
Abbi
Abbi looks after the Skills Bootcamps across Worcestershire, which are a series of free courses for people aged 19+. Abbi is out and about across the county promoting #SkillsForLife and working with out skills providers.
Lucie
Lucie is our Workforce Planning & Skills Project Manager. She looks after our Careers Talks, arranging local businesses to share their advice/stories for you. Lucie also works with the Care Leavers Service and on Inclusive Worcestershire projects.
Francesca
Francesca looks after the Multiply programme for the whole of Worcestershire. Multiply is a numeracy programme for people aged 19+ who do not currently have Maths GCSE at Grade C (or equivalent). Multiply allows adults to gain crucial skills for employment and day-to-day life.
Bethan

Jennie
Jennie is our Careers Worcestershire Project Support Officer and she keeps the whole team on the straight and narrow. Jennie makes sure that all of the team knows what is going on, organises events and projects and also works alongside some of our project partners.
